What does an e-meniu meal plan include?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Every e-meniu plan includes a structured 14-day meal plan<\/strong>, shopping lists and a practical guide to using the plan. The exact content varies depending on the product and whether you choose Basic or Premium, and the included materials are clearly listed<\/strong> on each plan\u2019s product page. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is the difference between the Basic and Premium packages?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Basic <\/strong>includes the 14-day meal plan, shopping lists and a concise practical guide \u2014 the essential structure that tells you what to eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premium <\/strong>includes the same core elements, but adds a more detailed guide, recipes with preparation steps, a Swap List and tracking sheets. The aim is to turn the plan into a practical system you can understand, adapt and reuse. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What format will I receive the meal plan in?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

e-meniu meal plans are digital products delivered as a PDF file<\/strong> or, depending on the package, as several PDF files. You receive the materials in the language of the version you purchased: Romanian for the Romanian version and English for the English version. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I receive the plan after purchase?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Once payment is confirmed, you can download your plan directly from the order confirmation page and through the order email. If you have an e-meniu account, your purchased plans are also available under My Account \u2192 My Plans.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do I need an account to buy a plan?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

No. You can also purchase without an account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose to create an e-meniu account<\/strong>, you can find your purchased plans under My Account \u2192 My Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I pay?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Payment is made online through the site\u2019s secure Checkout. For the Romanian version, payment is in RON<\/strong>, while the English version is paid in EUR<\/strong>. The payment methods available on your device are shown directly at Checkout. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at Checkout<\/strong> on compatible devices and browsers. These options are not displayed on the product page or in the Cart. For digital products, the order can only be completed after you accept the required consent for immediate delivery of the digital content. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is the Premium Benefit and how do I use it?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

After purchasing and paying for an eligible Basic product<\/strong>, you receive a unique Premium Benefit code. The code can provide a discount of up to 100 RON<\/strong> or 20 E<\/strong>UR, depending on the currency and the amount paid for the Basic product. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To use it, you must be logged in to your e-meniu account, have an eligible Premium product in your Cart in the same currency, and enter the code in the coupon field in Cart or Checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The code can only be used once, does not expire and cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts. The Premium Benefit is not an automatic upgrade of the Basic product you purchased.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I use a Premium Benefit code if I received it from someone else?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Yes. The Premium Benefit code is transferable<\/strong>. The person who receives it can use it for an eligible Premium product, provided they have an e-meniu account and are logged in when applying the code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The code can only be used once; once it has been successfully used, it cannot be used again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What happens if I can no longer download my plan?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

If you have trouble downloading your plan, first check the link provided in your order email or, if you have an account, go to My Account \u2192 My Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the issue persists, contact us through the contact form or at contact@e-meniu.ro<\/strong><\/a>, providing your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will look into the situation and help you resolve the access issue. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I request a refund after receiving the digital product?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

e-meniu meal plans are digital products delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. At Checkout, we ask for your express consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and your acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal under the applicable legal conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, once supply has begun, we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, provided that the legal conditions for losing the right of withdrawal have been met. However, if there is a technical issue or a problem with the product’s conformity, please contact us so we can review the situation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n
