Tuna is a first-class biological source of Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) and vitamin B12, fundamental elements for neuronal membrane integrity and vascular inflammation reduction. Using oats as a binding agent instead of classic breadcrumbs adds beta-glucans, soluble fibers that, according to research, help modulate glycemic response and maintain optimal cholesterol levels. Eggs complete the amino acid profile and provide choline, essential for lipid metabolism. The combination with green salad ensures an intake of chlorophyll and phytonutrients that support cellular oxygenation processes, transforming this meal into an efficient tool for metabolic performance and prolonged satiety.
