- Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden and soft.
- Season the turkey breast and cook it in a non-stick pan or on a grill until fully cooked through.
- Slice the turkey and arrange it in a bowl alongside the baked sweet potato.
- Add the fresh salad, cucumber and a drizzle of Greek yogurt mixed with the remaining olive oil.
This bowl is a model of nutritional balance, combining high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates and fresh vegetables in a single meal. Turkey provides tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin that supports well-being and restful sleep.
Baked sweet potato caramelizes naturally, becoming sweeter without adding sugar. Its beta-carotene combined with fat from olive oil is better absorbed by the body. The fresh salad adds enzymes and fiber, while Greek yogurt brings creaminess and probiotics. It's a complete, comforting meal.
