Ingredients

  • turkey breast 130 g
  • sweet potato 150 g
  • green salad 80 g
  • cucumber 60 g
  • Greek yogurt 30 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • salt, pepper, paprika.

Instructions

  • Cut the sweet potato into cubes of about 2 cm. Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with half the olive oil and season with salt and paprika.
  • Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden and soft.
  • Season the turkey breast and cook it in a non-stick pan or on a grill until fully cooked through.
  • Slice the turkey and arrange it in a bowl alongside the baked sweet potato.
  • Add the fresh salad, cucumber and a drizzle of Greek yogurt mixed with the remaining olive oil.
