Ingredients

  • turkey breast 180 g (raw)
  • passata (tomato puree) 220 g
  • garlic 5 g
  • olive oil 8 g
  • parmesan 12 g
  • green salad 100 g
  • cucumber 150 g
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the turkey breast into cubes or strips. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • In a deep pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the finely chopped garlic until aromatic.
  • Add the turkey to the pan and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  • Pour the tomato passata over the turkey and let the sauce simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the meat to absorb them.
  • Prepare the salad by mixing the green salad and sliced cucumber.
  • Serve the hot turkey with tomato sauce, sprinkled with grated parmesan, alongside the fresh salad.
