About me

Bianca Maria Moldovan - Nutriționist

I am Bianca Maria Moldovan, a licensed nutritionist-dietitian, with a Master's degree in Clinical and Community Nutrition from UMF Târgu Mureș.

My experience has been shaped at the intersection of the rigor of the public health system and modern approaches in the private sector. Today, I am part of the multidisciplinary team at Elite Med Clinic, where I collaborate closely with specialist doctors in endocrinology, cardiology, pneumology, and nephrology. Together, we offer our patients an integrated approach — unique in Romania — in the management of obesity and the health of women at menopause.

I created e-meniu to bring this clinical expertise into your daily life. From nutritional education programs in kindergartens, to volunteering alongside children with diabetes, I have learned that a meal plan is valuable only if it is sustainable and scientifically based.
