Instructions
- In a small saucepan, mix the oats with the milk. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Add half of the blueberries during cooking to let the aroma and antioxidants penetrate the base.
- Transfer the warm oats to a bowl.
- Add the yogurt on top (this will bring a fine texture and temper the temperature) and decorate with the rest of the fresh blueberries.
