- To help the blender blades mix efficiently, add the ingredients in the following order: first the water and yogurt (liquids), then the spinach leaves, and finally the apple cubes.
- Blend at high speed for 30-45 seconds, until the composition becomes perfectly smooth and the spinach leaves are completely minced.
