- tomatoes cuburi / pastă 120 g

- potatoes 220 g

Instructions
- Cut lean beef into cubes and brown in a pot.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add tomato passata, water, and seasonings. Simmer covered for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and serve alongside the stew.
