Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and cut the sweet potato into cubes and the broccoli into florets.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Arrange the sweet potato and broccoli on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season.
- Place the salmon on top or alongside and bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
