Instructions
- Cut the chicken into cubes and brown in a pot with a little oil.
- Add chopped onion, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add a little water and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare polenta according to package instructions and serve alongside the stew.
