  • • onion: 30 g

Instructions

  • Clean the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips by hand.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until golden.
  • Add the tomato passata, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with crumbled light cheese on top.
