Ingredients

  • chicken breast 130 g
  • zucchini 100 g
  • bell pepper 80 g
  • carrot 60 g
  • onion 40 g
  • soy sauce reduced in salt 10 ml
  • pine seeds 10 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips and prepare the vegetables: zucchini, pepper, carrot and onion, cut into suitable pieces.
  • Heat a non-stick pan or wok and add the olive oil.
  • Place the chicken in the pan and cook over medium heat until it turns white and begins to brown slightly.
  • Add the onion, carrot, pepper and courgette, then cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened but retaining their texture.
  • Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables and mix well so that the flavors are evenly distributed.
  • Add pepper to taste. There is usually no need for additional salt as the soy sauce is already salty.
  • Finally, sprinkle the pine seeds on top and serve the dish warm.
