Ingredients
- eggs 2 pcs
- cottage cheese 120 g
- avocado 70 g
- green salad 60 g
- tomatoes 100 g
- cucumber 80 g
- olive oil 5 g
- lemon juice 1–2 tsp, optional
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Put the eggs in a kettle or pan of water and boil them for 6–7 minutes, so that the yolk remains soft.
- Remove the eggs and run them immediately under cold water, then peel them and cut them in half.
- Wash the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Tear the lettuce leaves and cut the vegetables as desired.
- Peel the avocado and cut it into slices or cubes. If you like, sprinkle it with a little lemon juice.
- Place the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and cottage cheese in a bowl or on a plate.
- Add the soft-boiled eggs on top.
- Drizzle the salad with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
