- onion 30 g
- potato 50 g
- yogurt 2% 60 g
- olive oil 5 g

- feta / light feta 25 g

- Supă cremă de cauliflower cu light cheese
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets and boil until very tender.
- Sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add the cauliflower and blend everything until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with crumbled light cheese.
