Ingredients
- Chicken breast 120 g
- Basmati rice 50 g
- Green beans 150 g
- Olive oil 5 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the basmati rice in water, according to the instructions on the package, until it becomes tender and well separated. After boiling, drain if necessary and leave covered for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the green beans in hot water or steam until they soften slightly but retain their texture and color.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces or leave it whole, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add the olive oil and cook the chicken over medium heat until it is well penetrated and nicely browned on all sides.
- In the same pan, add the green beans and sauté briefly for 2–3 minutes, until they develop flavor and remain a nice texture.
- Serve the chicken with basmati rice and sautéed green beans.
