Ingredients
- tofu 140 g
- broccoli 180 g
- rice noodles 50 g
- sesame oil 5 ml
- soy sauce reduced in salt 10 ml
- sesame seeds 10 g
- garlic 1 clove, optional
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into cubes or sticks and pat it well with a paper towel to remove excess water.
- Break the broccoli into small florets and cook for 4–5 minutes in steam or hot water until slightly firm.
- Boil or rehydrate the rice noodles according to package directions, then drain well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add the sesame oil. Add the tofu and cook over medium heat until nicely browned on all sides.
- Add the finely chopped garlic, if using, then the broccoli and stir gently for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the rice noodles and soy sauce, then stir gently until all the ingredients are well combined and evenly heated.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
