Ingredients

  • whole grain 70 g
  • turkey breast 130 g
  • ricotta 60 g
  • green salad 40 g
  • cucumber 60 g
  • bell pepper 50 g
  • carrot 50 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  • Cook it in a non-stick pan or on the grill with the olive oil until it is well penetrated and lightly browned. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then cut it into thin strips.
  • Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber and pepper into thin sticks, grate the carrot and prepare the salad leaves.
  • Spread the ricotta on the whole loaf in an even layer.
  • Place lettuce, turkey breast and vegetables on top.
  • Roll the tape tightly, fold the edges if necessary, then cut the wrap in half.
  • You can serve the wrap as is or you can heat it for 1 minute in a dry pan, for a slightly crispy texture.
