Ingredients
- whole grain 70 g
- turkey breast 130 g
- ricotta 60 g
- green salad 40 g
- cucumber 60 g
- bell pepper 50 g
- carrot 50 g
- olive oil 5 g
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
- Cook it in a non-stick pan or on the grill with the olive oil until it is well penetrated and lightly browned. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then cut it into thin strips.
- Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber and pepper into thin sticks, grate the carrot and prepare the salad leaves.
- Spread the ricotta on the whole loaf in an even layer.
- Place lettuce, turkey breast and vegetables on top.
- Roll the tape tightly, fold the edges if necessary, then cut the wrap in half.
- You can serve the wrap as is or you can heat it for 1 minute in a dry pan, for a slightly crispy texture.
