Ingredients

  • lean beef 130 g
  • dry whole couscous 55 g
  • green salad 50 g
  • tomatoes 100 g
  • cucumber 80 g
  • olive oil 8 g
  • lemon juice 1–2 tsp, optional
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  • Cook it on the grill, in a non-stick pan or in a grill pan, until it is well penetrated and lightly browned on the outside. After cooking, let it rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice it.
  • Put the couscous in a bowl and add enough hot water to cover it. Cover the dish and leave it for 5–7 minutes, then fluff it with a fork.
  • Wash the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the vegetables and put them in a bowl.
  • Add some of the olive oil, a little lemon juice, if you like, salt and pepper over the salad.
  • Place the couscous, beef and fresh salad on the plate.
  • Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the couscous or meat and serve immediately.
