Ingredients
- lean beef 130 g
- dry whole couscous 55 g
- green salad 50 g
- tomatoes 100 g
- cucumber 80 g
- olive oil 8 g
- lemon juice 1–2 tsp, optional
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Cook it on the grill, in a non-stick pan or in a grill pan, until it is well penetrated and lightly browned on the outside. After cooking, let it rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice it.
- Put the couscous in a bowl and add enough hot water to cover it. Cover the dish and leave it for 5–7 minutes, then fluff it with a fork.
- Wash the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut the vegetables and put them in a bowl.
- Add some of the olive oil, a little lemon juice, if you like, salt and pepper over the salad.
- Place the couscous, beef and fresh salad on the plate.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the couscous or meat and serve immediately.
