Ingredients

  • Kefir 200 ml
  • Chia seeds 15 g
  • Raspberries 80 g

Instructions

  • Place the kefir in a bowl or jar with a lid.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix well so that they are evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
  • Leave the composition for 10–15 minutes, then mix again to avoid the formation of clumps.
  • Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, until it becomes thicker and creamier.
  • Before serving, add raspberries on top. You can leave it whole or crush it slightly, for a more rustic look and a better distributed taste.
