Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt 2% 200 g
  • apple 140 g
  • walnuts 15 g
  • cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  • Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  • Wash the apple and cut it into cubes or thin slices. If you want, you can keep the peel for extra fiber.
  • Add the apple over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle the coarsely chopped walnuts on top.
  • Optionally, add a little cinnamon for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately.
