Ingredients
- oatmeal 45 g
- Greek yogurt 2% 150 g
- milk 100 ml
- cocoa powder 5 g
- banana 80–100 g
- peanut butter 10 g
- cinnamon optional
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl with a lid, add the oatmeal, Greek yogurt, milk and cocoa powder.
- Mix well until the composition becomes homogeneous and the cocoa is evenly distributed.
- Add half the amount of banana cut into rounds or small cubes. You can save the rest for decoration the next day.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter or leave it on top for a nicer look when served.
- Cover the container and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight, so that the oats hydrate and acquire a creamy texture.
- In the morning, mix gently and top with the rest of the banana. Optionally, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
