  • eggs 2 pieces
  • egg white 1 piece
  • pepper 60 g
  • mushrooms 60 g
  • oil 3 g
  • whole wheat bread 30 g
  • salt, pepper
  • lettuce mixtă cu rosii cherry 50g

Instructions

  • Cut the pepper and mushrooms into thin slices or cubes. Sauté them in hot oil for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms release their water and become slightly golden.
  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the sautéed vegetables.
  • Cook over low heat, covered, until the eggs are set.
  • Serve warm with a slice of whole wheat bread.
