Ingredients
- wholemeal bread 40 g
- cottage cheese 120 g
- smoked salmon 60 g
- tomatoes 80 g
- 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
- pepper
- fresh dill, optional
Instructions
- Lightly toast the wholemeal bread until it becomes crispy on the outside.
- Spread the cottage cheese on the slice of bread.
- Place the smoked salmon on top, in suitable strips or pieces.
- Slice the tomatoes and serve on top or alongside.
- Optionally, add a little lemon juice, freshly ground pepper and finely chopped dill for added freshness.
