Ingredients
- banana 100 g
- ground oatmeal 40 g
- egg 1 pc
- cinnamon, optional
- oil 3 g or a little butter for the pan
Instructions
- Put the banana in a bowl and mash it well with a fork until you get a puree.
- Add the egg and mix until incorporated.
- Add ground oats and, if desired, a little cinnamon, then mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil or butter.
- Form 2–3 small pancakes directly in the pan, using a spoon.
- Cook them over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are lightly golden and well browned.
- Serve them warm.
