Ingredients

  • banana 100 g
  • ground oatmeal 40 g
  • egg 1 pc
  • cinnamon, optional
  • oil 3 g or a little butter for the pan

Instructions

  • Put the banana in a bowl and mash it well with a fork until you get a puree.
  • Add the egg and mix until incorporated.
  • Add ground oats and, if desired, a little cinnamon, then mix until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil or butter.
  • Form 2–3 small pancakes directly in the pan, using a spoon.
  • Cook them over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are lightly golden and well browned.
  • Serve them warm.
