Ingredients

  • eggs 2 pieces
  • egg white 1 piece
  • zucchini 120 g
  • spinach 60 g
  • light cheese 20 g
  • oil 3 g
  • salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the egg white, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the zucchini, pepper, and onion into small cubes. Sauté them briefly in oil until slightly softened.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in an oven-safe pan or baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled light cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is set and golden on top.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
