Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a bowl or on a plate.
- Wash and cut the seasonal fruit (apple, pear, peach, berries - whatever is available).
- Arrange the fruit on top of the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle chia seeds and pumpkin seeds for texture and nutrients.
- Add a small drizzle of honey if you prefer extra sweetness (optional).
