Ingredients

  • eggs 2 pcs (110 g)
  • avocado 70 g
  • light feta 40 g
  • olives 30 g
  • lettuce 100 g
  • cherry tomatoes 60 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • lemon, salt, pepper.

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled. Cool in cold water, peel and quarter.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes or slices.
  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce with halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Add the egg quarters, avocado, crumbled feta and olives.
  • Dress with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
