Ingredients
- eggs 2 pcs (110 g)
- avocado 70 g
- light feta 40 g
- olives 30 g
- lettuce 100 g
- cherry tomatoes 60 g
- olive oil 5 g
- lemon, salt, pepper.
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled. Cool in cold water, peel and quarter.
- Cut the avocado into cubes or slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add the egg quarters, avocado, crumbled feta and olives.
- Dress with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
