Ingredients
- Salmon fillet 120 g
- Broccoli 150 g
- Sweet potato 180 g
- Olive oil 5 g
- Lemon juice 10 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it into suitable sticks or cubes. Place it on a tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake until tender and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and break it into florets. Steam it or blanch it briefly in hot water until it softens slightly but retains its texture and color.
- Dab the salmon fillet with a napkin, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook the salmon over medium heat for a few minutes on each side, until well seared and nicely browned on the outside.
- Plate the salmon, broccoli and sweet potato. Finally, add the lemon juice over the salmon and serve immediately.
