Ingredients

  • Whole loin 1 piece (approx. 60 g)
  • Chicken breast 120 g
  • Hummus 40 g
  • Green salad 40 g
  • Cucumber 60 g
  • Tomatoes 80 g
  • Olive oil 5 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken breast on the grill, in a non-stick pan or in the oven, until it is well seared and lightly browned. Let it cool for 2–3 minutes, then cut it into thin slices or suitable pieces.
  • Wash the lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes well. Tear the salad into suitable pieces, cut the cucumbers into slices or sticks, and the tomatoes into cubes or thin slices.
  • Gently heat the glue for a few seconds in a dry pan or in the oven, until it becomes more flexible and easier to roll.
  • Spread hummus all over the center surface of the patty, then add the salad, vegetables and cooked chicken.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, then roll the patty up tightly.
  • You can serve it as is or cut it in half to make it easier to eat or take away.
