Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt 2% 200 g
  • berries 120 g
  • chia seeds 5 g, optional

Instructions

  • Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  • Wash the berries, if they are fresh, or leave them to thaw for a few minutes, if they are frozen.
  • Add the berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Optionally, sprinkle chia seeds on top.
  • Serve immediately.
