Ingredients

  • wholemeal bread 40 g
  • cottage cheese 120 g
  • smoked salmon 60 g
  • tomatoes 80 g
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • pepper
  • fresh dill, optional

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the wholemeal bread until it becomes crispy on the outside.
  • Spread the cottage cheese on the slice of bread.
  • Place the smoked salmon on top, in suitable strips or pieces.
  • Slice the tomatoes and serve on top or alongside.
  • Optionally, add a little lemon juice, freshly ground pepper and finely chopped dill for added freshness.
