Ingredients
- Kefir 200 ml
- Chia seeds 15 g
- Raspberries 80 g
Instructions
- Place the kefir in a bowl or jar with a lid.
- Add the chia seeds and mix well so that they are evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
- Leave the composition for 10–15 minutes, then mix again to avoid the formation of clumps.
- Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, until it becomes thicker and creamier.
- Before serving, add raspberries on top. You can leave it whole or crush it slightly, for a more rustic look and a better distributed taste.
