Ingredients
- chicken breast 130 g
- zucchini 100 g
- bell pepper 80 g
- carrot 60 g
- onion 40 g
- soy sauce reduced in salt 10 ml
- pine seeds 10 g
- olive oil 5 g
- pepper
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips and prepare the vegetables: zucchini, pepper, carrot and onion, cut into suitable pieces.
- Heat a non-stick pan or wok and add the olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the pan and cook over medium heat until it turns white and begins to brown slightly.
- Add the onion, carrot, pepper and courgette, then cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened but retaining their texture.
- Pour the soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables and mix well so that the flavors are evenly distributed.
- Add pepper to taste. There is usually no need for additional salt as the soy sauce is already salty.
- Finally, sprinkle the pine seeds on top and serve the dish warm.
