Ingredients
- ground oatmeal 40 g
- cottage cheese 120 g
- egg 1 pc
- blueberries 100 g
- ground flax seeds 10 g
- butter 5 g
- cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the egg until you get a homogeneous composition.
- Add the ground oats and flax seeds, then mix well. If you want, you can add a little cinnamon for flavor.
- Leave the composition for 2-3 minutes to bind easily.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add the butter.
- Form 2–3 small pancakes directly in the pan, using a spoon.
- Cook them over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are lightly golden and well browned.
- Serve the pancakes warm, with blueberries on top or on the side.
