- Greek yogurt 2% 180 g
- Oat flakes 30 g
- Chia seeds 10 g
- Nuts 15 g
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl or jar, depending on how you want to serve it.
- Add the oatmeal and chia seeds, then mix well to get a uniform composition.
- Leave the mixture for 10–15 minutes, so that the oats and chia seeds hydrate slightly and take on a more pleasant texture. If you prefer, you can prepare it the night before and keep it in the fridge.
- Add walnuts on top before serving for extra texture and flavor.
- Serve plain or take the dish to-go, if you need a quick version for the morning.
