Ingredients

  • oatmeal 45 g
  • kefir 200 ml
  • pear 140 g
  • chia seeds 10 g
  • cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  • Place the rolled oats in a jar or bowl with a lid.
  • Add the kefir and chia seeds, then mix well until the composition is uniform.
  • Cover the container and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, so that the oats hydrate and acquire a creamy texture.
  • Before serving, wash the pear and cut it into cubes or thin slices.
  • Add the pear on top of the oat pudding.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon for extra flavor.
