Ingredients
- oatmeal 45 g
- kefir 200 ml
- pear 140 g
- chia seeds 10 g
- cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- Place the rolled oats in a jar or bowl with a lid.
- Add the kefir and chia seeds, then mix well until the composition is uniform.
- Cover the container and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, so that the oats hydrate and acquire a creamy texture.
- Before serving, wash the pear and cut it into cubes or thin slices.
- Add the pear on top of the oat pudding.
- Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon for extra flavor.
